ViewSonic ViewPad E70
ViewSonic recently unveiled its budget Android 4.0 ICS tablet device aka ViewSonic ViewPad E70 at CES 2012. Featuring some very basic specs, the ViewPad e70 sports a 17.7-cm (7-inch) screen display with a low 800x480 pixel resolution and an unidentified 1 GHz single core processor.

Ainol NOVO7
MIPS Technologies has launched the world's first ICS tablet Ainol NOVO7. The tablet is powered by Ingenic's JZ4770 mobile applications processor, which leverages a MIPS-Based XBurst CPU running at 1GHz. The 17.8-cm tablet retails for less than $100 non-subsidised. It is now available in China and online through Ainol Electronics.

Coby MID tablets
Coby has also showcased its new range of Android 4.0 ICS-based tablets at the recently concluded CES 2012 event. The new Coby-branded Ice Cream Sandwich tablets will be offered at prices starting from $179 for a 17.7-cm (7-inch) tablet to $299 for a 25.4-cm (10-inch) tablet. Also, Coby Kyros was #2 Best Selling Tablet On Amazon as reported earlier.

Zenithink C91 is another budget Android 4.0 ICS tablet PC. The device sports a 25.9-cm (10.2-inch) capacitive touchscreen, Cortex A9 processor and offers Skype, video chat, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi features. Priced at $229.99, the Chinese tablet Zenithink is available on eBay, Amazon and TabletsPCSale.com.

Onda VI40 Elite Edition
The new Onda Vi40 Elite Android tablet runs Android 4.0 ICS OS. The device packs a 24.63-cm (9.7-inch) 1024 x 768 capacitive multi-touch IPS display, dual cameras, 1.5GHz ARM Cortex-A10 processor, and a Mali-400 GPU. The device is currently listed on eBay at a price of $239.95.

Asus Eee Pad MeMO
Asus unveiled two new tablets running on Android 4.0 ICS - the Eee Pad MeMO and Transformer Prime TF700T - at CES 2012. The Asus Eee Pad MeMO sports a 17.7-cm (7-inch) display with WXGA resolution IPS panel, a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera and a 5-megapixel rear facing camera. The Eee Pad MeMO is expected to hit stores at a price of $249.
