Sony To Bring Out SIII And iPhone 5 Competitor Soon!

The smartphone is likely to be launched at the major upcoming events like Consumer Electronic Show and Mobile World Congress in 2013.

The smartphone market has been flooded with a number of high end devices this year. We saw major smartphone launches like Samsung Galaxy SIII, Note II, iPhone 5, LG Nexus 4, etc. Now, it`s Sony who is looking forward to launch its flagship device, which is said to compete with all the above mentioned high end models. The firm has launched a number of models under its Xperia series but according to recent reports, 'Best is yet to come'.

“Sony might have released some great looking devices but when it comes to the overall competition in the market, Sony’s phones have a hard time. That seems to be going to change soon, as Sony Mobile’s sales chief, Dennis van Schie, told Financial Times Deutschland that Sony will create in the near future a flagship model that can compete with Apple’s iPhone and Samsung’s Galaxy S III,” reports AndroidOs.in.
This new flagship device is expected to be unveiled at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show 2013 as a spokesperson reveals that Sony will be announcing its new competitive device at CES and Mobile World Congress that will be held in the first quarter in the first quarter of 2013.
There is not a single word on design, price or specifications of this highly speculated device but with Sony claiming to compete with SIII and iPhone 5 with the upcoming smartphone, it is expected to have the best possible configurations.
