It is time you move over tablets and notebooks. The latest in vogue are tablets cum notebooks that are fast catching fancy of many. For the uninitiated, these devices can be used as a notebook (with screen and keypad) and can also be turned into a tablet (touchscreen) at ease. In the latest, Fujitsu has launched a notebook-cum-tablet.

The most interesting part about this device is that you can easily detach the keyboard component from the screen and turn it into a tablet. In an exclusive interview, Satoru Hayashi, executive vice chairman of Fujitsu Technology Solutions told Times of India that the innovation followed a study of the way people used products like laptops, tablets and smart phones often for the same purposes -- like reading a note or a book or for writing.
Hayashi added, “The new product also supports Windows 8. This is a big improvement in the interface and usability of the notebooks.” According to confirmed reports, this notebook-cum-tablet was officially unveiled at the Fujitsu Forum 2012. The device is now available for order in select countries.
