Samsung Launches WB150F With Wi-Fi Connection

The digital camera is available in stores in black and white color and is priced at Rs 12,990.

Samsung Electronics Ltd launched its WB150F digital camera in India. This latest digicam comes with Wi-Fi connectivity which enables sharing and saving of images. There is an auto back-up function- Samsung’s AllShare Play and Microsoft Sky Drive- which allows the user to easily share image and store them without using any data cable. Pictures can now be displayed on television screen with just one click. Also this camera can be handled using Samsung smartphones and tablets.

According to Raj Kumar Rishi, vice president, Audio Video Business, Samsung India, "Samsung’s innovative new smart Wi-Fi technology in the WB150F aims to change the way consumers take pictures, share and store them. The built-in Wi-Fi capability makes sharing quicker and easier than ever. From any Wi-Fi hotspot, users can email photos or share them on social networks such as Facebook and Picasa directly from the camera itself in a few simple steps."
The camera features 14.2 MP resolution with a 7.6-cm (3-inch) hVGA LCD screen that provides the user with better color contrast and picture quality. It is a combination of professional grade still camera with compact HD video camera which delivers 30 frames per second.
The Samsung WB150F is priced at Rs 12,990 and is available in the market in black and white colors. Samsung now has a collection of eight digital still cameras that are priced between Rs 4,400- to Rs 15,990.
