Microsoft has announced the availability of its customer relationship management (CRM) software Dynamics CRM for "virtually any device" including iPhone, iPad, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone 7 devices.

"In today’s hyperconnected world, customers need to be able to access their business-critical data on the device of their choice from wherever they are," said Dennis Michalis, general manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, in a release. Further, in a blog post, Michalis said CRM is "a big bet for Microsoft. Our 'CRM economy', if you will, is a deep and vast network. It is a big business."
Compatible with PC, Macintosh and iPad devices, the updated Microsoft Dynamics CRM Mobile will cost $30 per user per month, with the support of up to three devices per user.
