The Vimeo, video sharing service, app is now available on Windows Phone Marketplace. The Vimeo app is already available for iOS and Android users and now it will be available for the Windows Phone platform as well. With the help of the Vimeo app, users can upload videos to Vimeo from their phones as well. Users can also watch and manage videos through this app. Not only that, it also searches videos with the help of this app.

The app allows users to upload videos in HD and even pause and resume uploads along with editing titles, descriptions, tags and privacy settings. The new app enables users to get stats on their videos and see likes and comments as well. The videos can even be shared on Facebook, Twitter, e-mail and SMS. For downloading the Vimeo app, users need the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system and above.
The Vimeo app for Windows has the same abilities as its app for Android OS. The Vimeo app for iOS has more features like it allows users to edit the videos in app. It also allows users to capture their footage with focus control and grid alignment. They can also trim videos, add them to one another and make cut and paste edits. The iOS app also allows users to add transitions, titles and effects as well as music and recordings, states a Tech2 report. Also, they can even save the edited video to the camera album or upload directly to Vimeo. The Vimeo app on iOS requires an iPhone 3GS and up along with iOS 4.0 and above versions.
